Overview

As a Sales Account Executive at Dialpad, you will drive revenue growth through channel-generated leads, managing the entire sales process and helping small businesses with their communication challenges using AI-powered solutions.

  • Ability to work US core hours in a remote setting.
  • Excellent internet connectivity required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, selling Software as a Service (“SaaS”) and preferably in the communications space (UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Relationship-building skills to engage channel partners and prospects effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools.
  • High energy, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to establish rapport and gain situational awareness quickly in single-touch interactions with customers.
  • Strong digital communication skills with an emphasis on visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions.
  • Able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) while 100% on-camera in a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace that supports team meetings, client interactions and collaborative sessions.
  • Excellent internet connectivity required.
