In Short

• Own the collection of training, testing, and development data for ASR and NLP model development.
• Work closely with NLP to develop sentiment models and LLMs.
• Design and implement annotation jobs including guidelines and job setup.
• Train and provide feedback to annotators.
• Ensure data quality meets NLP and ASR standards.
• Provide linguistic expertise on dialects of target languages.
• Pre- and post-process data using manual and automated methods.
• Coordinate with QA Analyst for multilingual model testing.
• Research developments in machine learning annotation.
• Understand data privacy and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics or related work experience.
• Native or advanced-level proficiency in English and French.
• 1+ years of experience with linguistic annotation.
• 0 - 3 years data analysis experience including SQL.
• 0 - 3 years experience with basic Python including pandas.
• Experience with research and scientific literature reviews.
• Strong desire to support machine learning and data science development.
