Overview

As an Engineering Manager at Devtech, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring successful project delivery and growth across our digital services offerings.

In Short

• Execute engineering strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years' experience leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of software development and engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in presales and managing project margins.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
