Overview

The Customer Support Engineer at DevRev will be responsible for triaging bugs and feature requests, maintaining communication with customers, and providing technical support for the DevRev platform.

In Short

  • Responsible for triaging bugs and feature requests with the respective team.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers.
  • Analyze trends and train the DevRev bot regularly.
  • Educate and empower DevRev users.
  • Be the technical expert and answer product questions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requirements.
  • Support DevRev users round the clock on different levels of queries.
  • Build Q&A pairs for the bot.
  • Understand customer signals to avoid churn.

Requirements

  • BE/B Tech or equivalent educational or professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of support experience.
  • Knowledge of programming languages: ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL, Golang.
  • Comfortable having technical conversations with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
