Senior System Analyst - Remote

Overview

We invite a technically advanced and motivated Senior System Analyst with extensive experience in designing and improving processes and technical solutions to join our team. You will help us build and maintain high-quality software serving the needs of a top multinational chain of coffeehouses with over 38,000 stores in 80 countries. You will work together with multiple teams on various cloud components that support day-to-day store operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a System Analyst role
• Strong technical background with hands-on production monitoring experience
• Ability to read and understand programming languages (.NET, C#, JavaScript, Python), SQL
• Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) or Cloud software architecture
• Understand API-first approach to building products
• Experience analyzing, monitoring, and supporting complex production environments using tools like Splunk and PagerDuty
• Ability to interpret dashboard metrics to support data-informed decisions
• Demonstrated ability to work with design and engineering to deliver customer facing features
• Excellent soft skills, stakeholder management, cross-team collaboration skills and proactive approach to getting things done
• Hands on experience in developing roadmaps, managing priorities, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment with variety of stakeholders
• Strong prioritization and backlog management skills with experience using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Upper-Intermediate English level
