  • Strategic responsibility for the People & Culture area within the association.
  • Development and management of modern HR structures for a digital volunteering system.
  • Creation of training and further education offerings for volunteers in cooperation with professional partners.
  • Promotion of a motivating, values-oriented association culture.
  • Establishment of processes for recruitment, engagement, and leadership development.
  • Close collaboration with the board on strategic personnel matters.

Requirements

  • Strong intrinsic motivation and resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • Strategic vision, organizational talent, and high self-responsibility.
  • Experience in HR, leadership, or organizational development (from private or non-profit sectors).
  • Enjoyment in building new structures and inspiring people.

  • Willingness to engage actively during the Christmas and transition periods.
