Rad AI is seeking a visionary Vice President of People to champion our people strategy during a major phase of growth, responsible for shaping our organizational culture, driving performance, and leading HR teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in People/HR leadership roles in fast-growth tech organizations.
• Experience building high-performance cultures.
• Hands-on success managing HR Business Partners and recruiting teams.
• Strong background in technology sector, SaaS, and healthcare.
• Clear communicator with a record of driving change.
• Data-driven approach to people decisions.
