Overview

As the Vice President, People & Culture – NAM, you are responsible for shaping and executing the regional people strategy in alignment with Arc’teryx’s long-term business objectives. You lead a people-first approach to managing the full spectrum of People & Culture functions within North America.

Requirements

• A Masters Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Leadership.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in a global company with complex business models.
• Strong coaching and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Effective project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues.
