Overview

The Product Support Associate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and providing exceptional support for Thomson Reuters Legal division's software and products.

Requirements

  • Exceptional problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
