  • Join Bloomreach as an Associate Product Support Specialist.

  • Cover product and technical questions about the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
  • Help clients create reports, segmentations, campaigns, or analyses.
  • Diagnose requests and walk customers through problem-solving.
  • Provide help to other consultants with advanced use-cases.
  • Become an expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
  • Work closely with business and technical consultants.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly.
  • Advanced or native English language skills.
  • Interest in data analytics and online marketing.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Understanding of frontend and backend linkages is a plus.
  • More than 1 year of experience in a SaaS company is an asset.
