In Short

• Act as the initial support contact for clients, providers, and partners.
• Provide thoughtful/empathetic communication via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Assist clients with navigating their clinical journey.
• Advocate for clients and providers by capturing feedback.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Manage operational tasks related to client and provider support.
• Answer onboarding-related questions for new providers.
• Verify client eligibility and communicate changes.
• De-escalate dissatisfied clients and providers.
