The Product Support Associate at DroneDeploy will provide expert support for customers using cutting-edge drone flight and 3D data technology, ensuring a top-notch customer experience through collaboration and continuous learning.

• Become an expert in DroneDeploy's drone flight and data platform.
• Resolve customer issues related to drone operation and data analysis.
• Provide support via email, chat, and phone using Zendesk.
• Improve processes and tools for the global support team.
• Contribute to internal and external documentation.
• Use active listening and empathy to maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on customer feedback.
• Work remotely with flexible hours.
• Participate in occasional domestic travel for company events.
• Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a commercial drone pilot or a degree in GIS or Geomatics.
• Strong empathy and desire to help customers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and logical thinking skills.
• Time management and prioritization abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Curiosity and a thirst for knowledge.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 4:00PM ET.
• Availability for occasional travel for company events.
