Overview

The Applications Support Analyst will provide technical support, diagnose issues, and escalate complex problems while maintaining a detailed report of interactions and solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a support engineer or in customer service
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and network troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Customer-oriented and patient demeanor
