Deputy is a global SaaS remote-first workforce management company focused on improving the world of work for hourly workers. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth in the UK market.

In Short

• Lead the UK go-to-market for Payroll and other major product launches.
• Ensure new products are effectively positioned and launched.
• Grow adoption of paid add-ons.
• Work with Sales and Success to optimize the customer journey.
• Tailor messaging for the UK market.
• Support sales and customer-facing teams.
• Capture and share insights from UK customers.
• Adapt global messaging to reflect UK-specific needs.
• Provide tools and insights for Sales and CS teams.
• Close the feedback loop between field and product.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in product marketing or GTM strategy.
• Strong knowledge of the UK market.
• Proven track record in driving product adoption.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management tech is a plus.
