The Lead Product Marketing Manager is critical in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies for Deputy’s products, ensuring that offerings resonate in the market and drive adoption and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for an assigned product or feature.
  • Contribute to key company initiatives, including two major product lines.
  • Partner with Product Management to define launch plans and success metrics.
  • Lead the development of product messaging and integrated campaign narratives.
  • Build and execute launch and marketing plans to support revenue targets.
  • Craft audience-specific messaging and create marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate messaging into programs.
  • Conduct competitive research to drive differentiated positioning.
  • Create sales enablement materials and support onboarding.
  • Monitor product adoption and optimize messaging based on results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with 2+ years in a senior role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven success in late-stage or growth-stage SaaS environments.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS buyers across various functions.
  • Experience in crafting and executing GTM strategies.
  • Strong skills in positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Experience in competitive intelligence and market research.
  • Experience enabling global sales teams with various tools.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing stack tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
