Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in delivery or project management.
• Strong understanding of implementation cycles.
• Ability to document deliverables like requirements specifications.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.

• Strong customer service abilities.
• Proven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Ability to relate to both technical and non-technical team members.
