The Sales Development Representative at Demandbase plays a critical role in expanding the company's market presence and converting prospects into sales opportunities through account-based marketing strategies.

In Short

  • Individual contributor role reporting to a Sales Development Manager.
  • Focus on expanding Demandbase's presence in the market.
  • Work closely with the direct sales team for opportunity transitions.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting and social selling.
  • Manage a high volume of daily outbound emails and calls.
  • Create personalized emails to engage prospects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to inbound inquiries.
  • Document activities within Salesforce.
  • Encourage account development through various sales activities.
  • Be part of a team of SDRs sharing successes and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of SAAS SDR or high volume, outbound sales experience.
  • Current resident of Austin, Atlanta, Bay Area, or NYC metro.
  • Knowledge of Go-To-Market systems and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and tonality.
  • Strong technical abilities and comfort with technology.
  • Ability to tell a vivid story consistently.
  • Growth mindset and extreme curiosity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and incredible listening skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, and/or Lavender is a bonus.
