The Enterprise Growth Account Director, Advertising at Demandbase is responsible for accelerating growth across large enterprise accounts by managing a portfolio that includes both active and dormant accounts, leveraging strategic sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reactivate dormant accounts as new opportunities.
  • Expand relationships within healthy accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align strategies.
  • Guide complex deal cycles and drive consistent pipeline creation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in enterprise advertising.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Contribute to the growth of Demandbase’s Ads organization.
  • Encourage diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital media or ad-tech.
  • Proven success in driving revenue in enterprise accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level clients.
  • Experience in re-engaging dormant accounts.
  • Ability to operate without rigid playbooks.
  • Curiosity and creativity in understanding customer needs.
  • SaaS/ABM familiarity is a plus.
