Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Manager – Account Management Excellence to lead the performance, scalability, and operational effectiveness of our Long-Tail Management team across multiple markets.

In Short

  • Lead and manage the centralized Long-Tail Management team across several markets
  • Own team performance targets and ensure consistent growth in partner portfolios
  • Design and implement scalable SOPs and workflows to streamline operations
  • Train and enable team members to drive partner value and operational consistency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and other cross-functional teams to align on strategy
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Drive initiatives that improve the long-tail vendor experience and team efficiency
  • Support market expansion by scaling the team's structure, tools, and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving KPIs
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization
  • Ability to create and implement scalable processes and operational frameworks
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience working in tech, marketplaces, or food delivery platforms is a plus
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote, and multi-market environments
