Overview

Deepgram is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and scale our revenue-driving processes as we continue our rapid growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline operations, enhance data-driven decision-making, and implement strategies that maximize efficiency and revenue impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Advanced Salesforce administration skills.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ.
• Proficiency with Conga Composer and DocuSign.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
