Overview

The Systems Analyst for Customer Success Systems at Deel will collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations, primarily using Gainsight and other integrated tools. The role focuses on designing and maintaining workflows and automations to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to configure Gainsight and integrated systems.
  • Design and maintain no-code/low-code workflows and automations.
  • Support administration and performance monitoring of Customer Success systems.
  • Manage requests and troubleshoot user issues via Jira.
  • Monitor integration health and resolve sync failures.
  • Maintain user roles and system settings across tools.
  • Create process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Support major system initiatives and manage enhancement projects.
  • Partner with vendors to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Assist in onboarding new Customer Success technologies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in systems administration or Customer Success operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Gainsight and its configurations.
  • Gainsight Level 1 certification required; Level 2+ preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data structures.
  • Knowledge of Zapier, Monday.com, Jira, and Slack integrations.
  • Comfort with logic statements in Gainsight workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive learner interested in optimizing Customer Success tools.
