Senior People Relations Partner - Remote

Overview

The Senior People Relations Partner provides consistent and compliant consultation to HR Business Partners, leaders and managers to successfully resolve team member conflict, facilitate disciplinary actions, and process terminations.

In Short

• Provide tactical team member relations consultation to managers and team members.
• Own and manage all terminations for all worker types.
• Responsible for the offboarding process for all termination types.
• Serve as the involuntary termination expert to ensure compliance.
• Conduct HR investigations to resolve team member issues.
• Analyze data to monitor team member relations trends.
• Liaise with Legal and HR teams to support compliant conflict resolution.
• Oversee compliance reporting related to team member relations issues.
• Create and manage standard operating procedures for investigations.
• Partner with People Success to deliver guidance and training to managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in team member relations and HR compliance.
• Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships within the organization.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite required.
