People Relations Partner - Remote

Overview

The People Relations Partner (PRP) is responsible for supporting all aspects of team member relations, ensuring the company maintains a fair, compliant, and supportive work environment.

• Conduct investigations into team member complaints.
• Oversee terminations and offboarding processes.
• Provide litigation support for employment-related issues.
• Manage certification tracking for team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve team member issues.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws.
• Support the development of HR policies.
• Assist in managing risk related to employee relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Five plus years of experience in employee and/or labor relations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRBP certification preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
• Must pass MVR background check.
