Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Agile Delivery Support Analyst to join our Agile team, playing a critical role in supporting the delivery lifecycle by ensuring process consistency and maintaining Agile tools.

In Short

  • Support the Agile delivery lifecycle and ensure process consistency.
  • Manage and maintain Jira boards for accuracy and alignment with Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to review and analyze test scripts.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including user guides and release notes.
  • Assist Scrum Master and Product Owners in facilitating Agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor Agile metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Support onboarding of new team members with Agile tools and processes.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in user stories and tasks.
  • Track sprint progress and support backlog grooming activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organization standards and documentation requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and test documentation.
  • Experience with test management tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Technical writing experience is highly desirable.
