We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior People Operations Partner to join our Valencia-based team and play a key role in supporting our German entity.

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Exposure to German labor law and HR operations.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong operational HR administration skills.
• Curiosity in working with People data and analytics.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on improvement.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology and AI-driven HR solutions.
• Advocate for change and transformation projects.
