In Short

• Work with cross-functional teams to represent customer product needs.
• Manage requirements from stakeholders and be the in-house product expert.
• Assist sales and partner enablement efforts.
• Create user personas, specifications, and test criteria.
• Collaborate with UX Designers on user flows and prototypes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and work with engineering.
• Analyze data to solve customer problems.
• Plan and conduct user research workshops.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and documentation updates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years in retail store sales or management.
• Ability to convert user needs into requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Product and international mindset.
