Overview

As a Senior GTM Enablement Manager leading key initiatives for our Customer Education Program, you will be responsible for creating, building, and managing a customer certification program designed to elevate our customers' product knowledge and skills.

In Short

  • Lead the creation of comprehensive customer certification programs.
  • Design and build self-paced online courses for customers.
  • Create interactive certification exams to validate customer skills.
  • Communicate program benefits and new certification opportunities to customers.
  • Collaborate with Product teams, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Track key metrics to evaluate program success.
  • Continuously refine and update certification content.
  • Build strategies to engage customers in the certification program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer education or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
  • Ability to create engaging educational content.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and certification tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset for measuring program success.
  • Experience developing project plans including timelines and budgets.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Results-driven with a track record of success.
  • Experience working in the technology sector.
