Overview

The Senior Manager of Patient Education Program is responsible for leading the development and implementation of patient education initiatives within Banner Health, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing the quality of patient care.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of five years clinical experience.
  • Proficient in basic office software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and train staff effectively.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance and quality improvement.
  • Preferred additional certifications in clinical specialty.
  • Preferred experience in high acuity patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
