Overview

As the Manager, Global Corporate Services at Deel, you will create and execute a global strategy for the corporate structure during a period of expansion, ensuring compliance across Deel's international footprint.

• Identify and manage legal risks while recommending mitigation strategies.
• Launch new products in multiple jurisdictions to support global growth.
• Map competitive landscape for Corporate Compliance in EOR, Global HR, and Payroll.
• Develop and grow the Legal Corporate team to achieve Deel’s goals.
• Run documentation and information systemization processes for compliance.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities effectively.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Legal Operations, Corporate Structure, and Governance.
• 2 years of experience leading teams.
• Law Degree preferred.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Experience launching new products preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple international stakeholders.
