Overview

The Global Corporate Services team is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of corporate services for our global corporate needs, including managing internal and external incorporation processes, various licenses, permits, resident directors, and registered addresses across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in legal corporate and global services.
• Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
• General understanding of corporate legal matters.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to improve and streamline processes.
