Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience managing a customer service team.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with FreshDesk or similar software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Publishing industry experience is preferred.
