Overview

As a Customer Service Manager at Cosuno, you will be the voice of our customers from the trades network and establish processes and structures to ensure the best possible and scalable customer support.

In Short

  • Act as the main contact to prevent customer churn and promote the use of the Cosuno portal.
  • Understand technical challenges and needs of enterprise customers to develop individual solutions.
  • Provide technical advice and help identify and overcome barriers to implementation.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and develop strategies to maximize the potential of our solutions.
  • Responsible for the technical rollout of our solution through webinars and on-demand training.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, customer service, and winback, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to identify and nurture high-potential customers.
  • Structured work style to provide excellent customer experience to multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Fluent in German (native or second language) and good English.
