Overview

The Manager, Solutions Consulting, HRIS, AMS will lead all HRSCs across NAM and LATAM and report into the Director, Sales, Engage. This role involves helping core AEs sell Deel Engage and close complex Deel HR deals by acting as product and subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • Based in North America.
  • Experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience in HR tech.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience selling to companies with 1-200 employees.
  • Experience selling to companies with 200+ employees.
  • Experience with contracts and annual commitments.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting.
