Junior CPQ Administrator - Remote

In Short

• Support ongoing administration and configuration of the DealHub CPQ platform.
• Act as first-line user support for Sales and Deal Desk users.
• Assist in managing quoting templates for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with the CPQ lead for new features and system changes.
• Maintain and update system documentation for audit readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements for quoting efficiency.
• Partner with Enablement to educate users on CPQ best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or CPQ Administration.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort working across multiple tools and collaboration with teams.
• Strong communication skills for user guidance.
• Eager to learn and highly organized.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-paced GTM environment preferred.
