Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Experience with Windows and macOS administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for networks and software.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain organization and accuracy in documentation.
• Good multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Eager to learn and grow in DevOps and IT systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure services and Bash is a plus.
