Junior Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Junior Systems Administrator will manage daily operations within iPaaS environments, overseeing integrations across ERP and sales channels, and optimizing resource allocation.

In Short

• Coordinate and assist in the implementation of Integration tasks
• Gather and refine stakeholder requirements for Systems upgrades
• Evaluate requests for assistance and respond to users
• Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations
• Train users on solutions as required
• Position is remote within the U.S.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years of Shopify Plus experience
• Minimum three years of iPaaS experience
• Minimum two years of Project Management experience
• Minimum one year of NetSuite experience
• Knowledge of communication protocols: JSON, React
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working in CI/CD
