Assistant Designer - Remote

Overview

BaubleBar is seeking an Assistant Designer to create and design competitive products that align with the company's strategic and financial objectives, while having a strong understanding of the market landscape.

• Stay updated on fashion industry trends to enhance design perspectives.
• Knowledge in jewelry design, materials, and construction details.
• Sketch innovative products using trends and new materials.
• Prepare detailed technical packets with accuracy and speed.
• Collaborate with the design team on concepts and construction.
• Work with partners to optimize samples and products.
• Bring creativity and attention to detail while managing multiple projects.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid role with on-site time in NYC or fully remote within the U.S.

Requirements

• 2+ years of design experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Jewelry Design, Design, Fine Art, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong technical drawing abilities.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
