Seasonal Customer Care Associate - Remote

Overview

BaubleBar is seeking compassionate and customer-focused individuals for the role of Seasonal Customer Care Associate to join their award-winning team.

In Short

• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via email, social, and live chat.
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, shipping, and product detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Follow company procedures aligned with brand voice and values.
• Provide 20-40 hours of support per week after training.
• Available for shifts: 6AM-2PM EST, 10AM-6PM EST, 2PM-10PM EST, or 6PM-2AM EST.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Temporary remote role lasting 12-18 weeks.
• Attend training starting in November.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role (e-commerce or retail preferred).
• Strong computer skills and ability to type at least 40 WPM.
• Knowledge of Kustomer, Shopify, or Netsuite is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Meet and maintain individual KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Reliable internet, personal computer, and quiet workspace.
• A passion for accessories.
