Overview

BaubleBar is seeking a Part-time Technical Jewelry Designer to support the design team in creating technical packs for vendors. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of jewelry construction and design.

In Short

• Support the design team by creating technical packs for jewelry.
• Extensive knowledge of jewelry design, materials, and construction is required.
• Create intricate technical packs from design sketches.
• Understand the dimensional nature of jewelry styles.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines on multiple projects.
• Provide up to 29 hours of assistance per week.
• Role can be fully remote or hybrid in NYC.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical design experience in jewelry/accessories.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Jewelry Design or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Illustrator is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent technical drawing abilities.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills required.
• Portfolio of relevant work is mandatory.
