Manager, Ecommerce Site Merchandising - Remote

Overview

BaubleBar is looking for a Manager, Ecommerce Site Merchandising to lead the strategy and execution of our onsite merchandising experience across our Shopify storefront.

In Short

• Lead the day-to-day planning, management, and execution of our digital merchandising strategy.
• Own how products are presented across collection pages.
• Build and maintain the site merchandising calendar.
• Provide strategic direction to ensure consistency with merchandising initiatives.
• Optimize our front-end site through iterative creative updates.
• Support in planning and execution of homepage and navigation.
• Maintain a working knowledge of front-end site constraints.
• Ensure customer-facing catalog integrity.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of digital merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Shopify 2-3 years’ experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and experience with analytics tools.
• Experience with site search optimization and SEO basics.
• Preference for Hybrid Candidates with days in NYC office.

• Starting salary range for this role is $95k-$105k.
