Part-Time Designer - Remote

Overview

Flex is looking for a part-time Designer to support our growing marketing and design needs, focusing on marketing design across multiple channels.

In Short

• Design and update marketing assets including website pages and digital ads.
• Create and refine sales and pitch decks in Google Slides.
• Collaborate with Marketing on creative campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Contribute to product design projects in Figma.
• Work closely with the Marketing team.
• Flexible hours (15–25 hours per week).

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, Framer, and Google Slides.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in graphic design and social media content design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
• Open to feedback and comfortable iterating on designs.
