Part-Time Email Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer to support marketing efforts through high-performing, visually compelling email campaigns. You’ll play a key role in crafting emails that not only reflect our brand aesthetic but also drive conversion and engagement.

In Short

• Design visually engaging email templates and assets using platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn briefs into conversion-focused designs
• Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and adhere to industry best practices
• Optimize layouts, imagery, and CTAs for performance, accessibility, and user experience
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across email communications
• Test and troubleshoot designs across different email clients and devices
• Assist with basic HTML/CSS edits (nice-to-have, not required)

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of email design work
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Understanding of email best practices and performance metrics
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
