Fintech Compliance Manager for EU (Belgium based) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Fintech Compliance Manager to join our EU team (based in Belgium), reporting directly to the EU Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). This role is critical in ensuring compliance within our EU payment institution and the wider global compliance function of the Deel group.

In Short

• Design and implement internal compliance controls across various Fintech compliance domains.
• Provide technical compliance support for new products and feature changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on compliance issues and internal controls.
• Conduct control testing and identify control gaps.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree in law, finance, economics, or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, internal controls, audit, or risk management.
• Knowledge of compliance domains such as PSD3, GDPR, DORA, AML.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
