Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be the face and voice of Deel for clients, responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships while driving long-term revenue growth.

• Manage a high volume of small accounts in SMB/MM or ENT segments.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in fast-growth startups, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Data-savvy with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data.
