The Player Outreach Manager will foster relationships with engaged players, improve retention and engagement, and provide feedback to game teams.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer care experience in the video game industry.
• Desire to serve highly engaged players.
• Able to handle multiple conversations and games.
• Proactive in reaching out and recommending products.
• Passionate about gaming.
• Ability to communicate without cultural or language barriers.
• Native or close to native level of English.
