QA Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead with strong experience in Games as a Service and production operations within QA, to work with our cross discipline development teams in ensuring delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

• Accountable for people and career management of QA Testers.
• Ensure projects are staffed according to their scope and stage.
• Direct and manage testing across various platforms.
• Communicate with stakeholders on QA requirements and risks.
• Complete accountability for QA sign-offs.
• Develop test plans and methodologies.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes.
• Assist in backlog and defect grooming.
• Monitor community feedback on game releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years leadership experience in video games QA.
• Experience in Games as a Service.
• Ability to manage multiple games and QA testers.
• Experience with bug tracking tools.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a remote working culture.
