Producer for Live Games - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Producer with experience in AA or AAA games who is autonomous, highly organized, and passionate about live games and live operations. This person will work closely with the Product Lead to define and execute roadmaps, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure all live ops processes run smoothly.

In Short

• Run and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Support the Product Owner and drive execution across departments.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure game vision is clear.
• Create and improve cross-departmental processes.
• Oversee daily operations, directly or through an Associate Producer.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Provide clear progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a healthy and collaborative work environment.
• Lead the onboarding process for new Associate Producers.
• Be accountable for the quality and timeliness of production tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Producer in AA or AAA live game production.
• Proven experience working with Jira for task tracking.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to proactively identify problems and make decisions.
• Strong knowledge of the full live game operations cycle.
• High level of English, both spoken and written.
