Overview

NEOWIZ is seeking a highly experienced QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance pipeline for Western development studios, ensuring seamless integration with internal and external teams in a fully remote role.

• Lead the NEOWIZ QA team based in the EU.
• Establish and oversee QA workflows and best practices.
• Coordinate with the Korean QA team for alignment.
• Manage QA test planning, execution, and reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in game QA as a Test Lead or Test Manager.
• Expertise in QA methodologies and bug tracking tools.
• Experience managing external QA vendors.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
