QA Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead to oversee multiple QA teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role will focus on test automation, team leadership, and collaboration across scrum teams, while contributing to the evolution of our automation frameworks and QA processes.

In Short

• Lead multiple QA teams across various scrum teams.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to QA Engineers and SDETs.
• Collaborate with offshore teams for seamless coordination.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Design and document comprehensive test cases.
• Execute both manual and automated tests.
• Implement and maintain automated test scripts.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Identify and address gaps in QA processes.
• Stay current with trends in QA and test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in testing methodologies and tools.
• 5-7 years of experience in automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of web applications.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML.
• Familiarity with AWS and GitLab.
• Preferred: Experience with Salesforce product development.
