Overview

A Senior Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to support and expand assigned customers across Dealfront’s existing customer base, focusing on the DACH region.

In Short

  • Own the commercial strategy and planning for assigned customers.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers and their subsidiaries.
  • Identify decision makers within existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for a great customer experience.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams as the voice of the customer.
  • Participate in the retention & renewal process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of successful sales or account management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of attaining quotas and reaching goals.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities quickly using data.
  • Strong negotiation, pipeline, and forecasting skills.
  • Passion for building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English; additional languages are a bonus.
